Money Matters: Budgets, Finances & Reserves

Whether you manage a condo or community association or are an elected board member in your community,  it’s important that you’re able to make sense out of the dollars and cents involved in the efficient and effective operation of the association. Yingst Engineers’ Andrew Dionne, RS and Lehman Property Management’s Jamie Redden, CMCA - both members of CAI’s Central Pennsylvania Regional Council - will discuss budgets, finances, and reserves so you can be sure that you’re meeting your fiduciary duty.
