Networking Events

CAI offers members various opportunities to network, meet and build relationships with community association managers, homeowners and industry colleagues. Our premier event of the year is our Annual Conference & Expo. In addition, the chapter hosts an annual Summer Networking Party, Annual Holiday Party, and various regional events. Community Associations Institute’s Pennsylvania Legislative Action Committee (PA LAC) presents LAC-Out-Loud! (LOL) - a variety-style talent show showcasing the unique talents of participating CAI members while raising money to support the important work of the PA LAC. Business Partners Essentials 

Business Partner Essentials is a unique course to help CAI-member product and service providers better understand CAI, community associations and the industry at large. Individuals who pass the course and maintain CAI membership earn the CAI Educated Business Partner distinction, gaining special recognition among thousands of companies and professionals who support common-interest communities—accountants, attorneys, bankers, insurance professionals, landscapers, painters, reserve specialists, software providers and many others. from CAI.

Upon completion of the in-person course, attendees will receive a discount code to apply for discounted access to the online exam, which is required to earn the Educated Business Partner Distinction. This in-person course is for chapter members only and will be presented concurrently with CAI's Philadelphia High Rise Condo Conference (click here for more information), followed by a free chapter Happy Hour (see below for details). Register for the Business Partner Essentials Class, the chapter Happy Hour, or both! There is limited seating for the Business Partner Essentials Class so don't delay...register ASAP to guarantee your spot! Only 30 attendees will be able to participate in the class.

Chapter Happy Hour 

Spend time networking and relaxing with colleagues and friends. Join us for our Chapter Happy Hour on October 24th immediately following the Philadelphia High Rise Condo Conference (click here for more information) and Business Partner Essentials class (see above for more detail).

Happy Hour will take place from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Registration is complimentary for all attendees of the preceding Business Partner Essentials or High Rise Condo Conference. There is a registration fee for all other registrations.*:
