Networking Events

CAI offers various opportunities to network and build relationships with community association managers, homeowners and industry colleagues. The chapter hosts an annual Summer Networking Party, Holiday Party, and various regional events. Check our calendar for the next event.

Nominations are now being accepted for CAI's Annual Awards.

 Community Association Volunteer Leader of the Year. Business Partner of the Year. And more! Make your nominations today! CAI's awards will be announced at the Poconos Holiday Party at Lake Naomi on December 6 and at the chapter Annual Meeting & Holiday Party at Talamore Country Club on December 7. Annual Meeting & Holiday Party

Join us for our Annual Meeting and Holiday Party! Celebrate the end of another wonderful year with your CAI friends and colleagues and kick off the start of your holiday season!

The Annual Meeting and election of directors begins at 5:15 PM. The holiday party will get underway immediately following. The holiday party includes a cocktail hour with appetizers , food stations and one drink ticket. The chapter will also announce our Annual Recognition Awards (nominate someone for an award! Deadline is November 17) as well as recognize the newest Gold Star Communities!

Registration at the event is complimentary for any award nominee, Gold Star Community honorees and all chapter volunteers. If you are among one of these groups, please contact the chapter office at 610-783-1315, or email Leanne Bath, to register to attend at no charge.

Silent Auction

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in our Silent Auction to benefit the Pennsylvania Legislative Action Committee! Click here to donate an item for the auction. Appropriate auction donations include gift cards, gift baskets, tickets to sporting and cultural events, merchandise, etc. Donations should be a value of $50 or more.

$40 for members. Free for award nominees, Gold Star Community recipients and chapter volunteers.
Please note: this is a members only event! Registration fee increases on December 1.
