Who Are Our Gold Medal Members?

The Summer Olympics may be over but that’s no reason to stop recognizing people for their hard work and achievements! We are now accepting nominations for the CAI Annual Awards. Every year, CAI recognizes our best and  brightest members  with the CAI Annual Awards. Help us identify those who are most worthy of recognition for their accomplishments and contributions in 2016. 

Please review the award categories and submit your nomination(s) today!

Nominations must be received by November 15, 2016 in order to be eligible for consideration. Please note, all nominations must include a one paragraph (minimum) narrative detailing why your nominee deserves o be recognized with an award. CHAPTER ANNUAL AWARDS

Chapter awards will be announced at the Annual Meeting & Holiday Party on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Talamore Country Club. 

CHAPTER ROOKIE OF THE YEAR

Given to a chapter volunteer in his or her first year of service who has gone above and beyond what is asked and expected of chapter volunteers.

CHAPTER RISING STAR
Given to a chapter volunteer with a minimum of two years of volunteer service who has displayed extraordinary commitment, leadership, and contributions to the chapter.

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR
Given to  an individual volunteer within a community association who has excelled in his or her volunteer capacity. Nominees must be currently serving in a volunteer capacity within their community for a minimum of one year.

BUSINESS PARTNER OF THE YEAR
Given to a CAI Member Business Partner who has provided extraordinary service and support to an individual community association and the industry as a whole.


POCONO MOUNTAINS REGIONAL COUNCIL (PMRC) ANNUAL AWARDS

Pocono Mountains Regional Council Awards will be announced at the Poconos Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Lords Valley Country Club. 

VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR 
Given to an individual volunteer within a community association who has excelled 
in his or her volunteer capacity. Nominees must be currently serving in a volunteer capacity within their community for a minimum of one year.

ASSOCIATION OF THE YEAR
Given to a community association which has exhibited excellence over the course
of the year in the areas of management, governance, finance, and / or community building. 

ASSOCIATION EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
This award is given to an employee of a community who has excelled with his or her job performance or with contributions to the community as a whole.

BUSINESS PARTNER OF THE YEAR
Given to a CAI Member Business Partner who has provided extraordinary service and support to an individual community association and the industry as a whole.

PMRC VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR
Given to a member of the Pocono Mountains Regional Council whose contributions have stood out over the course of the past year. Nominees must be currently serving as a member of the PMRC.
