High Rise Maintenance & Management Coming to Philly

CAI's M-320 course will teach you how to address the unique challenges of multi-story communities. The course is part of CAI's Professional Management Development Program and will help managers earn the necessary credits to apply for and maintain the Professional Manager of Community Associations (PCAM) designation.

This course provides an in-depth understanding of the unique management needs of a high-rise building. You’ll experience hands-on learning through on-site building visits and walkthroughs of a central plant, roof and recreational facilities. See major systems in operation and discuss maintenance operations and procedures with building staff. Topics include:
  • Physical elements of a high-rise building
  • Multi-story construction and maintenance
  • High-rise community operations
  • Common areas and recreational facilities
