Multifamily Benchmarking Training

This is a hands-on training co-hosted by the Office of Sustainability and the Delaware Valley Green Building Council for personnel of multifamily buildings who will be collecting and entering information into EnergyStar Portfolio Manager in order to comply with the Philadelphia's Benchmarking Ordinance. This free interactive session will be held at a computer lab where participants will learn the following: 1) how to access utility data; 2) how to create a Portfolio Manager account; 3) how to enter data into the tool; and 4) how to report the data to the City of Philadelphia.
