O'Donnell, Gounis Receive Inaugural Scholarships

The Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI)’s Managers Committee is pleased to announce that two manager members have been selected as the inaugural recipients of the new Manager Designations Scholarship.

The scholarships, sponsored by business partner members The Falcon Group: Engineering, Architecture & Energy Consultants; Lorraine J. Grassi, CPA; Grosse & Quade Management Company; Lemus Construction; and Shearon Environmental Design, were awarded to Rob O’Donnell, CMCA from Big Bass Lake Community Association in Gouldsboro, Pennsylvania and David Gounis, CMCA with FirstService Residential MidAtlantic, LLC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Mr. O’Donnell and Mr. Gounis will receive a scholarship to attend any M-200 level or higher course held in the Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter in 2016. Congratulations, Rob and David! 

An additional scholarship will be awarded later this year to a manager interested in attending the M-320 High-Rise Maintenance and Management course in Philadelphia this fall.
